Alejo Amoedo apuesta en esta ocasi\u00f3n por la recuperaci\u00f3n en registro de algunas de las 63 piezas para el piano gracias al apoyo de la productora Dos Acordes que promueve Javier Jurado, en un trabajo llevado a cabo en los Estudios Bruar de A Coru\u00f1a y en una presentaci\u00f3n realizada en el Conservatorio Profesional de Santiago. Cuidada presentaci\u00f3n para una detallada entrega por el cuaderno que incorpora para un seguimiento de ese repertorio hasta ahora desconocido. Amoedo se confiesa pianista de acompa\u00f1amiento antes que concertista y para muestra cd\u00b4s como: la \u201cAntolox\u00eda de compositores galegos\u201d con el clarinetista Asterio Leiva, la serie otros tres con el trompetista Rub\u00e9n Sim\u00f3 o las \u201cM\u00e9lodies\u201d con la mezzo Iria Cuevas, con la que hace poco particip\u00f3 en el acto conmemorativo del centenario de \u201cChan\u00e9\u201d en el Paraninfo, en las programaciones del Ateneo de Santiago, adem\u00e1s de \u201cCantos que ve\u00f1en de lonxe\u201d con el tenor Ces\u00e1reo Torres. Soutullo, en sus tanteos juveniles, se plantar\u00e1 en Madrid tras un arriesgado traslado por puro voluntarismo, con tan solo ocho pesetas en el bolsillo para estudiar en el Conservatorio, en el que en 1902, conseguir\u00e1 un Premio Extraordinario de Composici\u00f3n. Diego San Jos\u00e9 de la Torre, en su biograf\u00eda de 1952 \u201cGente de ayer. Retablillo literario de los comienzos del siglo\u201d, nos lo descubre en sus incursiones por el caf\u00e9 de la Iberia en 1910: Un parroquiano rechoncho y corpulento, bigotudo y de encrespada cabellera casta\u00f1a que sosegadamente le\u00eda \u201cEl Heraldo\u201d. M\u00aa Rosa Arija Soutullo, presidenta de la Fundaci\u00f3n Reveriano Soutullo Otero y Jaime Est\u00e9vez Vila, tambi\u00e9n recuerdan de una tertulia una respuesta suya sobre el asunto del teclado: \u201cYo no toco el piano m\u00e1s que en mi casa\u201d. Para centrarnos a\u00fan m\u00e1s, el m\u00fasico fue miembro fundador de la Uni\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola de Maestros Directores Concertadores y Pianistas desde 1920, en la que estuvo inscrito como pianista.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
